Why RWAI Schweiz AG processes personal data

As an IT service provider and AI specialist, our aim is to build and maintain long-term, personal relationships with our business customers, their contacts and partners.

Data of customers with a contractual relationship

We store the data in our systems that is necessary for the fulfillment of the contractually agreed services. In addition to order-specific, non-personal contract data, this includes in particular

  • First name

  • Function

  • Email Address

  • Phone number

  • Company

  • Street, house number

  • Zip code, city

Data of customers without a contractually regulated contractual relationship

Data of persons who request offers, register for our newsletter or participate in specialist events of RWAI Schweiz AG are also stored. Depending on the situation, this includes
