Simon Spalinger CEO

I hold a degree in Software Engineering from ETH Zurich and have two decades of experience in developing software products for core banking systems. In addition to my technical expertise, I am a successful entrepreneur and a dedicated servant leader.

Dr. Lukas Tuggener Chief Data Scientist

I have a PhD with a focus on applied machine learning from the University of Lugano (USI), obtained under the supervision of Prof. Jürgen Schmidhuber, and a Master of Science in Statistics from ETH Zurich. I have eight years of experience as an AI researcher at the ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences). At RWAI, I use state-of-the-art AI technologies and put them into practice.
