Simon Spalinger CEO
I hold a Software Engineering degree from ETH Zurich and bring two decades of experience in software product development for core banking environments. Beyond my technical expertise, I am a successful entrepreneur and a committed servant leader.
Lukas Tuggener Chief Data Scientist
I hold a Ph.D. with a focus on applied machine learning, from the University of Lugano (USI) obtained under the guidance of Prof. Jürgen Schmidhuber as well as a Master of Science in Statistics from ETH Zurich. I bring eight years of experience as an AI researcher at ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences). At RWAI I harness the latest AI technologies and put them to work in practice.
